Deal Site Vouchers - *Scroll down for information on Gary's Voucher Reactivation program
How it works:
Coupon sites such as Groupon & Living Social partner with vendors such as this site, to sell services at a discounted or "promotional" price. Based on Ohio laws the money paid for a discounted voucher never expires as long as the vendor remains in business, however the "promotional" price does expire and is also subject to availability. Larger promotions that FindingSource runs with such as Living Social and Groupon, are only done once or twice a year. This ensures the buyers a greater chance and ease of being able to schedule and use their promotional voucher before it expires.

Subject to Availability: As the expiration date approaches for any promotional voucher, sometimes there are those who may call to get in at the last minute. This is where the "subject to availability" rule comes in. All promotional vouchers must be USED by their expiration date in order to take advantage of the promotional price. For example, if you call right before your expiration date it is possible that many others are doing the same, creating a bottleneck, and since space is limited, you may not be able to schedule within the time frame of the promotion. If this happens, then your voucher can still be used towards the full price of a session, or is eligible for a ReActivation – see information below.
**When calling at the end of a promotion you will have the option of being on the Cancellation list (if applicable at that time). This is a waiting list for possible openings when other clients cancel. Having flexibility in your schedule will give you a better opportunity to use a promotional voucher prior to expiration. However if your schedule is rigid, then the Voucher Reactivation program may be a better option for you. To request to be on the cancellation list please include this request when filling out your New Client Form.
Voucher ReActivation:
FindingSource empathizes with those who either forgot they had a voucher or chose to wait till the end of a promotion to call for an appointment. So, as a courtesy to any person with an expired or unusable voucher, you can re-activate it for a nominal fee of $25. The fee is required in advance. Vouchers can be reactivated up to 30 days past their original expiration date and are also subject to availability. The $25 fee is based per voucher/per session, so if you have purchased several vouchers or a voucher with several sessions in a series that are unused, then the fee applies to each time you schedule. Even with this additional fee, this still gives you a great value for the sessions that are offered as well as more flexibility in future scheduling. **After the 30 day grace period, the difference of what you paid vs. the appropriate fee structure will be assessed. Please refer to the 'Expired Vouchers' paragraph below for clarification.
Expired Vouchers:
Based on Ohio laws any money paid for a service through a voucher or gift certificate never expires (up to 5 years from the purchase date). Example, you paid $25 for a $50 gift certificate. When the promotional amount expires you no longer get its full retail worth of $50, however you still have the original $25 to spend with the vendor as long as they are in business.
Scheduling:
Gary makes It very easy to schedule an appointment, however It is your responsibility to make that happen in the time frame outlined on your voucher in order to take advantage of any promotional offer. This means communicating clearly in a timely fashion and following up to confirm your appointment if need be. For Reference: Gary tends to book out about 2+ weeks (longer during peak times) in advance for most new clients depending on how our schedules coincide. Also, the length of time between communications will effect what he has available at a given time so the longer between emails the less likely any quoted days and times will be available.
No Call/No Shows:
No Call/No Shows are treated as if you came in and used your voucher. You will lose the appointment and future scheduling will be under review.
