Cancer: scroll down for links/resources
Several years ago, when I first became interested in energy medicine, I became curious about how subtle energy interacts with the body, especially in the context of illness and disease. Cancer quickly rose to the top of my focus because it is so diverse, affects so many people, and has touched my own life through family members who have passed from it. Like many others, my interest is both personal and deeply emotional.
As I explored this topic, I was particularly drawn to the idea of spontaneous remission. I began searching for accounts of people whose cancers had improved or disappeared in ways that didn’t fit the usual medical expectations. To my surprise, I found hundreds of stories describing individuals who changed the course of their illness through natural means, without chemotherapy, radiation, or sometimes without conventional medical treatment at all. These stories were often told quietly, outside of the mainstream conversation.
Reading one remarkable account after another, I started to notice a recurring pattern. While every person and every journey was unique, the changes they described usually involved three core elements:
It is my belief that this basic formula — stress reduction, supportive nutrition, and a deep shift in consciousness — can be a powerful key to health and vitality. I see it not as a guarantee or a replacement for medical care if absolutely needed, but as a foundation that may help explain why some people survive and thrive for many years after a serious diagnosis. When the whole person is addressed, not just the tumor or the lab results, something profound can happen.
Over time, I’ve noticed similar “shifts in consciousness” in clients, friends, family members, and in myself. These shifts seem to influence our state of health both positively and negatively. A toxic inner environment, ongoing negative thoughts, unresolved emotions, chronic stress, combined with a toxic outer environment, processed food, environmental chemicals, lack of rest and movement, can gradually manifest as illness if left unchecked. By the same token, I believe that changing our inner dialogue, habits, and daily choices can support the body’s natural ability to repair and rebalance.
I don’t see this as a simple or overnight process for most, rather, I see it as a complementary perspective: everything we do, think, and feel contributes to the overall environment in which the body is trying to heal. Shifting that environment toward greater honesty, self-care, and nourishment, on every level, can make a real difference, even in very serious situations.
This is what led me to create this page. My intention is to offer a resource that gathers information and stories not often highlighted in mainstream discussions about cancer. I believe this kind of perspective is important when you’re trying to see the bigger picture of your own health, beyond statistics and standard protocols.
Below, you’ll find links to websites, articles, and videos that share personal stories of remission, documentaries, healing approaches, and different ways of thinking about cancer and recovery. My hope is that these resources offer inspiration, help you discover alternative or complementary options to explore with appropriate professional guidance, and encourage you to cultivate the healthiest possible environment, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, for your own life and well-being.

Reading one remarkable account after another, I started to notice a recurring pattern. While every person and every journey was unique, the changes they described usually involved three core elements:
- A significant reduction in stress.
- Meaningful, sustained improvements in nutrition and lifestyle.
- A fundamental shift in how they saw themselves, their life, and the illness itself, in other words, a personal transformation or spiritual awakening.
It is my belief that this basic formula — stress reduction, supportive nutrition, and a deep shift in consciousness — can be a powerful key to health and vitality.
